I know this light, the photo sensor is out of alignment. If you stop at the point where the sign states it may work, if you huge the curb there it works. People don't know this, stop before or after the sign and the light never changes. This causes people to run the light, creates backed up traffic, and is unsafe. I was part of a committee to get that light installed years ago when the day care opened. It was just a stop sign intersection to that point but with all the illegally parked cars lining James st you could not see when attempting to exit John Murphy Drive on to James st, so the light is needed but it needs to be adjusted. Again this has been a problem for well over a year if not more.
