Side shows and cars doing donut practically every day at Keller A e and Skyline Blvd. Not allowing cars to go by and creating a disturbance with noisy cars, making conditions unsafe.
Requesting speed bumps in center of the Skyline at Keller to determine the side show.
No parking signs/red curbs painted from Skyline to Graeagle.
