Very frequently cars and trucks are parked on northbound Magnolia at #640 within only a few feet of the fire hydrant but also only a dozen feet from Saginaw street. Many times I have been almost hit by cars turning onto Magnolia while I am trying to turn right on Saginaw. There is not enough room for a parked cars and two others to safely leave and enter the very very busy 4 lane Saginaw street. Please place a "no parking here to corner" sign and ticket offenders of the fire hydrant!! Please, before there are more accidents. See picture for typical parking incident.
