Household trash has been put out for tree trash month, that just came this week. It will have to sit in that yard for a whole month, causing rodents and people going through it month long.

This pile of trash is partially blocking sidewalk and was dumped illegally. Heavy trash is not due until end of June. Not knowing what is inside of the plastic bags, this could cause unhealthy environmental in the neighborhood.
