Municipal police car 8696 went alongside our car at a stop sign and then proceeded to run it to bypass us. Then, he ran the light at Western and Cermak, only turning his lights on when he passed through the intersection. I'm concerned by this officer's lack of regard for an area with high pedestrian and car traffic. Does anyone know of an effective way to report this behavior?
