Street crews repaired a water line on Oct 7th. In typical City fashion, they repaired the asphalt with shoddy and appalling repair work. There is now a sink hold beginning at the intersection of Classen and NW Expressway on the Classen southbound lane to turn left (west) on NW Expressway.
