Pedestrians are forced to walk on the west side of Erie because of construction at 8 Erie Street. There was evidently an agreement that pedestrian access will not be blocked. There were barriers set up for a right of way for pedestrians, but the barriers are gone, 'Construction Zone - No Parking' signs appear, and pedestrian access is lost so construction workers can conveniently park.
