Would it be possible to create a pedestrian skyway from the new tower being built next to brueggars so that it could be accessible by elevator? There are quite a few people in wheelchairs at Park & Market, and one of my friends was hit crossing the street at Dartmouth.

or an underground (I've seen one in Chapel Hill and other cities for circumstances like this one). Either way, this would be an excellent idea.

As a regular pedestrian and cyclist in the area, crossing six forks is certainly a big challenge. I have to say though that it is unlikely to get a pedestrian overpass, as it would likely be too expensive, and likely ignored anyways. Better would be a more thorough, 'complete street approach at that intersection, with a raised crosswalk, narrower road, and better median to make a safe spot to cross halfway.

As the new tower is being built, please consider seriously an underpass as an option. The road is not that wide and boring a small tunnel under it is quite feasible.

Perhaps pedestrian bridge is a possibility, because I see (N&O) that one is proposed to cross Glenwood to Crabtree Valley. Honestly, any safe passage for slower traffic, including bikers, seniors, and people using wheelchairs or strollers would be welcome!

A pedestrian bridge would be awesome, I can think of several places around raleigh that could use a pedestrian bridge
