This just started happening a few weeks ago. It creates a huge mess during PM rush hour. Please fix!

I posted about this yesterday. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I just got back from being out of town for 10 days, so the change in lights was new to me yesterday on my commute home. The one light right in the middle of 3rd Street is out of sync with all the other lights, causing a back up to Constitution Ave, but also for the cars driving east on Pennsylvania Avenue trying to turn right/south onto 3rd Street. People are blocking the box all over the place in addition to the regular back ups!

Also, Clickfix, I don't know what happened to my long response to the form question "What is the issue?" It says I didn't answer that, but it's not true!

Signal is operating according to design

The issue is not whether the signal is working. The issue is that the timing is causing big delays during PM rush hour.

3rd street at Jefferson and Madison Dr red light signal for Ped. stays too long while nobody walks across the street.
