I called 311 when I first reported this, and they said it had already been reported and they had up to 30 days to fix it. The pothole is so deep that someone put an orange cone in it, and the top of the cone is barely visible. I called 311 again today because nothing has been done (it's been 48 days). They said they had no open issues at the spot, and I didn't have the reference number, but they put in a new request. New reference number is DQ2009283007.
