Pine Sap Lane is a shared driveway in the Guilford Overlook Community. Several thefts have been committed here due zero street lighting. As you can see it is extremely dark, and very hidden which causes thieves to pass through our community and commit crimes. We are asking for 2 street lights. We have 0 street lights here making us open to criminals. Thank you.

After review, Pine Sap Lane is a private driveway. As such, the County has no jurisdiction regarding roadway ownership or maintenance beyond the Red Spruce Way cul-de-sac.
If a street light is to be installed, homeowners would have to contact BGE directly (bge.com) and work through their Private Area Lighting (PAL) process.
