I thought it takes 10 days for DPW to clean this up??

6 months is greater than 10 days... The service request ID is also no longer valid. If only there were other status identifiers other than open, acknowledged, and closed. This once qualifies as "Ignored"

Hey Ranger, how did you determine the request ID was invalid? I thought you needed the id + reporting email address to figure something like that out. I must be missing a method of checking on these things?

Looking at it again, I shouldn't have said that since you reported the issue. I've noticed a few issues from last year that I reported mysteriously disappearing. Jumped to the conclusion. Based on that info, though, this may be on a list somewhere. I know the graffiti team takes a break in the winter months. Still, a long time

DC311 says I should call DPW street & alley cleaning : 727-7908 to see what happened with it.
