Well, I need your help because not only has it been a struggle to keep up with the 1,200 active issues, but we have another division install the devices. Sometimes the work is completed and sometimes it is not and the communication is poor because everyone is struggling to keep up with the demand.

I'm not going to lie or pretend that what you say isn't 100% true, because it is.

I was hired to organize and answer all of these. We are now down to 965 open issues.
I bet some of these have already been completed, but there are also a lot of duplicates.

I could have just gone out there and checked and said nothing, but then I would not have had the ability to talk directly to you... on my day off. Yes, I am working on my day off because I am more horrified with this situation than you are.

I am currently at the step of pulling every safety issue together and then I hand them over to the traffic engineers and planners as a bundle with a report on all of the issues and requests for an area.

1) Was the work completed?
2) If it was complete, did it solve the problem?
