Homeless encampment was cleared from Harrison to San Francisco freeway loop a few months ago but several tents have popped up in this area again. I have witnessed people walking on this busy street on foot to reach this area without regard for oncoming traffic. Extremely dangerous for drivers heading onto the freeway.
