You need to contact the call center first thing in the morning. It almost quicker to clean it up your self's PWD does not do hazardous waste ( all bodily fluids ) and there sub contractor might take days to get there. No one called OPD?

David, I was going to call the police, but after the fight and incident, the two men left on good terms. I don't think I will clean this up myself, so I will contact the call center in the morning. Thank you for your help.
