West Haven Apartments are not being maintained. The sign has been broken for months, the grounds are full of litter, and the buildings are covered with mold (see photo).

I manage the townhome community across the street and despite our efforts to better our community, we continually lose out on sales due to potential buyers' concerns over West Haven Apartments. Isn't the owner required to complete basic maintenance? The entire complex is an eyesore and lowers the property values all around it.
