Description
There appears to be at the bus stop next to the Grand Lake Theatre a mentally ill man without his shoes on. Next to his bare feet lay a pile of what appears to be human feces--which also looks to be spread onto the bottom of his feet as well. It is both a human tragedy and public health hazard. Especially in an area with so much foot traffic.
