Deskripsyon

Sidewalk between Spring Glen Terrace and Middle Road in front of my house has increasingly large sections of sidewalk heaved up. This produces a hazard for anyone walking even in the day time. I note other sections of Spring Glen have had new sidewalks installed for similar reasons

Over 300 days with no. action despite photos an note to public works. Law suit for trip and fall waiting to happen especially with onset of winter snow and ice.

Still waiting. Hoping for the town's sake and the people who walk on the sidewalk that no one trips and falls. This would be a large liability suit in the making for the town.

Still waiting for repairs over 2 years! Doesn't the town worry at least a little bit about the trip and fall liability from the town's sidewalks? Unbelievable. Very disappointed.

I understand that SeeClickFix has been successful for many situations. Unfortunately after over 450 days there has been no action. Conditions worsen.
