The ditch is non existent where it should be. Ditch has to be re dug. I’m tired of my house flooding.

The problem has not been fixed. The ditch needs to be reopened. The is no water flow going through. Last week it rained and flooding was seen. If the rain would of continued non-stop my home would of flooded. My dog drowned with Imelda due to the flooding. My home is the only one that suffers when it rains really bad. My neighbors also say it’s because the ditches are covered at the end of the street and the water cannot flow. This issue needs to be resolved.
