Can you pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease call this in when you see it??? You have great information and descriptions, but it doesn't help the pd unless they have it when it is happening, not hours later when they "take note"!!

Honestly, I get such a lackluster, apathetic response from the 946-6316 number that I've been completely discouraged from calling these in because seriously, do they even pass on the information? I don't know. BUT you will be happy to know that I did indeed call this one in, just as the group headed east on Lombard. I will try to call every.single.one in from now on, but that's going to be a LOT of calls.

Given that these small group of adult males continue to choose to post their wrong doings all over Youtube and the web, and residents are sending photos in, and the new laws are about to take effect--I don't understand why this still continues.

@FairHavener, incidents such as this are entered into our computer system and dispatched to officers based on priority. We have been working very hard on improving customer service on the 946-6316 line. If you feel you received poor customer service please contact me (Clayton) anytime 203-946-6234. All calls are recorded and recordings are kept indefinitely. Recorded calls found showing poor customer service or not following protocols will result in discipline and re-training.

Thank you very much FHR, we all need to make a commitment to call in these riders every time, WITH descriptions.
