I already know who's responsible for the "behaviour" that's why the the address. It's not my job to go knocking on doors and telling people to clean up the mess. The city pays people for that, and to my knowledge these complaints are read by those people. You seem like one of those people who just don't like this website, period. So don't use it.

By the way this has nothing to do with the snow or the weather and recent lack of trash collection by sanitation dept. No matter what/when there is overflowing garbage on the sidewalk over there.

This is not about 'Internet Toughie'. Property values are at an all time low. You have a house for sale? A prospective buyer who wants to live here is not going to be cool with trash all over the street. I want LCI to do their job and start fining landlords for tenants who do stuff like this.

A homeowner will only benefit from such action in the long run.

I don't think you're being fair to "Lives in Fair Haven." It is a normal expectation for people to clean up after themselves whether they rent or own--at least that's the way I was raised. Sometimes even trying to speak with someone can get heated and scary, and the issue becomes a conflict rather than a conversation. It should first be the responsibility of tenants to clean up after themselves, and, if they don't, then, it becomes the landlord's problem. If the landlord can't or won't resolve it, then, the City needs to get involved.
