Follow required per DC Council Office Ward 3. Street appears to be hazardous. Resident claimed that a ditch has been dug across all travel lanes when you enter ward circle coming from Foxhall rd. the edges are very sharp and it is deep so you can only go through very slowly. But there is no warning so the first time I slammed in at full speed allowed and was lucky that my car was alright. But a neighbors car got a flat tire from going through that ditch.
