I have reported this five times now and the city keeps closing the issue and it has not been resolved !? Please FIX it before you close it. Thanks

Not even close. This is not closed and has been re-reported because the city crew made the situation much worse ! They filled with dirt and did not cover with gravel. The dirt went to mud and you will see the new picture in the new report. It is almost unpassable and now 2' deep of mud going into my rear entrance parking for the business. WAY worse than before. It needs to be done PROPERLY. The filler they used (big rocks and bricks) are all now exposed and property damage to any normal vehicle trying to go through the alley is likely. Please fix ASAP. Several businesses are hindered by this obstruction and negligent workmanship. The mud is worse now than the picture shows. Unacceptable by any standards.
