We have attempted to take noise readings however it has been windy, accurate levels are not possible under windy conditions. We will take fresh reading when the weather permits.

I submitted the complaint in February, now it is the end of May and nothing has been done.
The noises from the warehouse are constant, 24/7 and it is affecting the quality of life for the whole neighborhood. There is definitely a zoning code violation and necessary actions should be taken immediately. Please respond.

We have taken several readings on different days at different times the first time we were able to get readings without wind noise was on September 1st the readings were taken by two different employees on two individual meters both read within acceptable levels.

You obviously did the readings during day time. BUT this noise never stops, we hear it at night ( and I believe it is more loud during night hours ), it is 24/7. This is an issue. I believe that it is ruled by the Village that we should have quiet hours between 11pm and 7am, am I right? So why these commercial warehouses are allowed to work during night hours in the residential area where the houses are? This is a violation.
