There is a car parked on the sidewalk of Court Street at the intersection with Artisan. It's likely a Smoothie Building resident who hasn't bothered to move their car since Tuesday night before the storm (see windshield wipers still up). The DANGER is that pedestrians are forced into the road to get around the car. This is an ILLEGAL spot obviously - the sidewalk is not legal parking - please ticket/tow! It's been too long after the storm to give any more excuses.
