From Pinellas County: Can the reporter furnish a cross street so we can more accurately pinpoint the location of this sign?

From FDOT: Is the issue here that the sign shouldn’t be there or that people are heading straight through the intersection rather than turning right only?
Please provide addition information to the FDOT office at (813) 975-6060

The lane is a through/right at this time. Maybe in the future it will be right turn only.

From FDOT: It appears that the sign was intentional according to the construction plans. The reason why it may be confusing to motorists is because there used to be three southbound thru lanes and now there are only two, but there are still three accepting lanes on the south leg of the intersection. So the sign is correct limiting traffic in that lane to right turn only.

There was never a right turn only lane here. Three THROUGH lanes were once there and now only two THROUGH lanes feeding two lanes on the south side.

Are you at the same intersection? Ulmerton Rd and Seminole Blvd (alt 19)?
