Urgent-I am chasing coyotes from my backyard at night. It is the fault of either the city in approving an ill advised graded elevation increase of 6' as part of the cluster overlay zoning adjacent West or else the failure of the developer and its successors to follow the approval requirements. In any event they created a pathway for coyotes at the top of our garden wall whereas our garden wall previously provided a 6' barrier to wild animals. The single barrier installed at the north end of the pathway does nothing to stop coyotes and there is no barrier at the south end. This needs to be corrected ASAP before coyotes injure a person or a pet. Russell J. Smith 818 416-9367
