Sorry if this is a duplicate report. I am having trouble getting the website to submit report. This white van, with no tags or license plates, has been parked in front of our property at 460 Hegenberger Rd (on the Hegenberger Court side) since mid-December. It is a no parking zone. People associated with it are dumping trash on our property. I have asked them to clean it up and move along. They have not. When the property has trash on it, the city sends us as property owners a citation with an order to clean it up, which we do at our tenant's expense. Please help us resolve this problem by making this van move along or tow it away. Thank you very much. Paula Kamena
