Opis
The sidewalk between Level Street and Wilmot Road does not have any cleared path through the snow for pedestrians walking to the bus stop or to Brennan-Rogers school. This morning I watched kids walking in the street and a mom lifting her baby stroller over a snowbank to get on the B bus.

Understood the city doesn't remove snow for residents. But doesn't the City of New Haven have policies for snow removal and the ability to fine owners who don't follow them? Doesn't this fall under the larger umbrella of LCI or something?
The building on Level Street that may be responsible for the sidewalk on Brookside is boarded up. The building after that on Brookside is listed as being owned by the United States of America (Job Corp.) and followed by land that IS owned by the CIty of New Haven (that isn't shoveled either).

Is it the fact that few have internet access or is it that they do not trust government spying websites like this one ?

When you say government spying, do you mean people spying on the government?
That seems like a good way to think of it but why should people have to spy on their government?
