Thank you for taking the time to notice and to make the City of Hartsville aware of your concerns. The City’s network of catch basins, storm drains and open ditches help remove storm water runoff from our roadways to facilitate safe travel. We will have the City’s Utility Crew check this area as soon as possible for clearing or repair if needed, and provide you an update as information becomes available.
