In 8 years we have had to look at a house that has not been completed. The city of West Haven is well aware of the problem. The woman that owns the property is running an illegal boarding house out of her next door property and the city is aware of this as well. The neighbors in the area have made many complaints to the city and we still are look at this blight. We are also tired of the low lifes she has been housing here. We have had it. Many of us are at a braking point. Someone needs to take this problem on because the city is turning a blind eye for some reason.
