All of the surrounding neighbors feel this is an eye sore on our street! This builders lot has been like this for the passed 6 months and is attracting trash rodents and other debris! Lot is between 131 & 123 Fairgreen Trace. This lot is owned by Scott Neely construction and the real estate agent is Christie Hayes with Keller Williams! Please at least have the weeds trimmed if they don't plan on building at this moment. Thank you for you attention to this matter!
