Two concrete sidewalk panels on Arcola and wrap around to 5 panels on Gales Street need repair because of cracks and missing chunks. Across the street between 17 and 19 Gales Street is a sunken concrete panel that also needs repair. The caller would like it known that there are many elderly in the area that have fallen and a few that can't operate their wheelchairs over the sidewalk.
