Adelipour is trying to demolish our place again! Bloom is the accomplice (lawyer). He already had a hearing before the Planning Board in July (chairman is Charles Segal of BGP); next hearing is Sept. 9. Segal claimed he'd never heard of the old plan. That's because it never came him. That one required height variances so went to BZA. This one doesn't, so went straight to Planning Board. We the tenants were NOT informed. This building is a rent stabilized building, and if the do this there will be no more affordable housing in Great Neck. The other buildings are mostly at market rents. We will have no place to live. We need your help. This is the reason they were taking their times about the garage, because they plan on demolishing the building. I was told that they didn't want the people that live here to come back into the building the last time they attempted this! Please help us!! We have been in this community some 49 yrs, 35yrs, 30 yrs, etc. Some work at the schools, the library, the town, local bank, and so many other local businesses.

No change. He still want to move all of us out of the building. We are all people of color who have lived in Great Neck for 50 years for some, 40 Yeats for others. We work in the community, attend church and have children in school. He is violating the Civil Rights Act, and something should be done about it.

There is no change in this issue. It's still pending with the Village of Great Neck Planning Board. A environmental impact study is being done since it would displace all the people of color mostly African American's from this Village.

The environmental study is still being done, and it's amazing how long it's taking. I'm sure they already know that it's going to prove that the Village and Adelipour will be displacing people of color mostly African American's from the Village of Great Neck.

The Planning Board and all of us are waiting on the results of the study. The study should be in our favor since they will be displacing people of color (African Americans mostly) out of this Village. It's a violation of the Civil Rights Act.

No one here is doing drugs! The people that come into the back parking lot are YOUR PEOPLE doing drugs! YOUR PEOPLE bring the stuff here. As for the rent, you have no idea what people are paying, so stop talking off the top of your mouth knowing NOTHING. This use to be the best city in the world, and since people like you moved into it; it's now THE WORST CITY IN THE WORLD.
