People pull over to drop off and pick up passengers for Megabus at all hours of the day (5:45 am to late at night). They use lanes of Travis , which is a busy street. It causes traffic congestion and is dangerous. Megabus needs to be ticketed for not providing a drop off area and causing congestion on a public street.
