Descrizione
Surf Avenue I-95 exit + entrance are gateways to
Lordship Boulevard. Water from HEAVY RAIN have
flooded the underpass for DECADE, with CT DOT STATE facility 200 YARDS away and bordering the
ST. MICHAEL'S Cemetery! (drywell or drainage?)
I spoke to ex-mayor Miron + Harkins.
State / Fed jurisdiction, like in front of Marshalls
where there is NO Sidewalk!
Like Rail Road which needs weather shelter and
parking.

State of CT. has DOT station next to the I-95
SURF AVENUE UNDERPASS. It has a deep trench
along SURF AVENUE, but is NOT being effective
to drain RAIN WATER coming down the ON + OFF
RAMPS. Part of problem may be underground
aquifers and High Tides.
However DRY WELLS under the DOT or in ST MICHAEL
CEMETARY could solve problem, that the MARSH is
NOT absorbing?
If Town Council chairman Tom Malloy is cousin to
Governor Dan Malloy, this is a GATEWAY problem to
Stratford's industrial area, Lordship, and AVCO /
AIRPORT, which is unlikely to take very long NOR
be very expensive to SOLVE, because of CT. STATE
DOT + ST MICHAEL Cemetery abutting the FLOODED
underpass.
Federal I-95.
Surf Av may or may not be STATE or MUNICIPAL.
This is INCOMPENTENCE by 2 MAYORS and past MANAGERS
and decades of PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORS.
But then the political party members only care about
INCREASING TAXES to pay for their PAY, BENEFITS, and
PENSIONS, while they force PROPERTY VALUES DOWN.
