This address is scheduled for bulk tomorrow. Putting it out the weekend prior is acceptable since many people cannot do it during the week.

So trash on a city street is acceptable. I understand the swale (not that I agree) but not in the right of way. Prior to closing please read that its in the road and not on private property.

This issues continues to occur. All trash for bulk pick up spends over a week in the roadway. Cars have had to go around a bbq since last week.
