On Campbell Ave. between Brown St. and Center St. There are many sidewalks that only have a shovel path or not shoveled at all. The property owners on this main and busy side walk should have had this done already. The worst is in front of the Disabled Veterans Center, the snow hasn't even been shoveled. There are to many elderly and disabled people who use these side walks to not have them clear. Ticket the property owners, once the time limit is up for snow removal.
