They maybe tall but I doubt its a hazard. A lot of trees are much much taller and much more hazardous then this. This looks like a waste of time for the time being. Other locations need action taken to them. Besides Im pretty sure the city of surrey does a inspection on peoples yard and neighborhood every 1-3 years. Though I could be wrong. But from this picture the trees look beautiful and clean.
