My neighbor blew his snow in the street today at about 11:45am, 12.27.10 (I have it on video... this is the link to my video of him putting snow in the street: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpycwGwYFMk ). I want to know how it is fair that this person does not get a ticket for throwing a large quantity of snow from his property in the street, nevermind him putting all the snow from his driveway on our property and not his own and also letting his dogs defecate on my lawn this morning. This man is rude - what a terrible neighbor to have. And you just know he won't clean up the snow he put in the street... and the street was plowed a few hours prior to this jerk putting snow from his property in the street.

I apologize for my delay in getting back to you Mr. Grecco & Mayor Jim.
The address is 79 Abbe Lane. The entire street is a mess at this point in the day - my immediate neighbor was not the only person on the street to throw their snow in it - others have done much worse than my immediate neighbor. I hate to tattle on the neighbors... we don't want to bother them, but my family works very hard to do the right thing as often as possible, but people like them do whatever they want and totally get away with it. It's really very sad.
