Sidewalk from Blue Ridge Rd to Edwards Mills Rd. knee high grass on cormer and plants growing all over sidewalk all the way to Laurel Park with trees all in the way of sidewalk. You guys hold landlords to higher standards than you hold people that own one measly house! Why don't you fine these folks too????
