Owner does not take care of the house or the yard. Overgrown grass in front yard, has never cut the back yard, bush covering sidewalk, piles of newspapers in driveway they just park on top of,trees growing up against house. Everyone else in the neighborhood takes care of thier yards . This property is just ugly!
