This garbage is on the side of "The Dollar Store," between Dunkin Donuts (Derby Ave. & Norton Street), & Berger Apartments, 135 Derby Avenue where our Seniors reside.

No reason for this. Either get a bigger dumpster or have it emptied more often. This attracts rodents and other scavengers.
