The crosswalk here, which has a button, has cars frequently waiting for invisible crossers when no one is around. In addition, it will allow for pedestrian crossings, then give the GO to Sherman Ave, and then repeat, never giving a green light to Henry. Possibly related to wind, but hey, that really needs to be fixed. I have sat at that light a midnight too many times, waiting to get on to Sherman Ave while the crosswalk told me to wait two or three times before I gave up. Please fix it.
