Deskripsyon

At the northwest corner (next to the Chinese market), the pedestrian crossing signal is not activated by the button. This has been a continual problem on this corner. It is reported, fixed, but then after a few months becomes unreliable whether it will activate the pedestrian crossing signal or not.
