At the corner of Nicoll and Eagle St. there is a building which has overgrown weeds all around it, an "abandoned storefront" facade, and a poorly lit alleyway between it and adjoining homes. There has already been one attempted burglary in the past year, and the property generally gives a run-down look to the area. Lets get more accountability for landlords here and everywhere in NH!
