Again it's great to see improvements to our neighborhood, but adding the black light poles to Torrence between 139th and 137th, which is a one-way and only has homes on one side of the street receives lights BEFORE Sheffield Ave. Sheffield Ave has alot more traffic and is dark & dangerous at night. What will it take because it seems nobody cares and our Councilman has been telling Sheffield Ave residents it's being looked into now going on 6 years.
