well this entire building at 1535 Taylor ave is so very cold right now MILBANK R.E. has left us without the oil to keep 40 familes warm another night. athere are broken windows in the halls of the 2nd and 3rd floors. This is so wrong that babies , children, parents, old and sick. Most windows i the apt. don't close properlly . empty apts are left sitting empty without walls, windows open and garbage thrown about . This is just the worst NO HEAT, MILBANK R.E. needs to be held accountable . It feels more cold inside than out . with the stoves on , the oven turned up, and space heaters ,ect. are all the ways we stay warm here, this is the makings of a disaster. please help us.
