how come many people are STILL TALKING AND TEXTING ON THEIR CELLPHONES?? These people don't care about the laws and they don't care about their lives or yours or mine! How come this can still be happening and they don't even try to hide it, all the while driving on the highway, no less, and have the nerve to be in the fastest lane!! What idiots!! What can be done about this? Is there a number drivers can call while on the road to report someone that's in violation of this law?
