The intersection at Green Hill Park in Belmont Street. Poor city planning Is causing major traffic. Whoever decided to make this a single lane vs right lane turn only made a very poor decision. The merge should have happened after the light so both lanes could be used instead of backing up a single lane of traffic all the way to Shrewsberry Street. The road is still being worked on so hopefully it will again allow for two lanes straight
